We believe in making your first hire from us a fast, straightforward process, with a minimum of hassle.

To get started, we’ll ask you to complete our account opening forms and return these to us along with a copy of your equipment hire insurance & proof of address/ID documents. Please download the PDF documents on this page to get started.

We’ll usually require a minimum of 24 hours to verify your details and process your account application. If your requirement is more urgent or last-minute, we’ll (subject to company discretion) do our utmost to process your account application faster than this.

Performance – Film and Media Insurance
Performance provides both annual and short period policies to those involved in the media industry. You can now buy your hired in kit cover online from them, by clicking the button here. Interesting to read about DNxHD support coming to Alexa - and also soon to Ki Pro Mini, Samurai. Must share the same codec microprocessor?
@justinpcoleman Usually need to consider using them when ND.9 or higher required. You are welcome to test Pancro & other IR filters we have.
@justinpcoleman All IR+ND / hot mirror filters will introduce some kind of colour shift to the image. Pancro have a very neutral look.
@justinpcoleman Really depends on your shooting setup, subject matter, lighting conditions etc if you need to use Pancro / IR+ND filters.
